Ally oversees case management activities and assists the Chief Policy Officer in providing policy amendments for Board consideration.
Russette Blake – Client Support Specialist
Russette provides customer service support to NRMP Match participants.
Jeanette L. Calli, M.S. – Chief of Match Operations
Jeanette supervises the operations team and spearheads growth of NRMP matching services.
Martina M. Chandler – Administrative Specialist
Martina provides administrative support to staff, maintains office operations and procedures, and assists management with special projects.
Laurie S. Curtin, Ph.D. – Chief Policy Officer
Laurie provides leadership and oversight of NRMP policy, data and research, and communications initiatives and assists the President and CEO with Board-related activities.
Diane Greenhalgh, M.A. – Senior Communications Analyst
Diane oversees the NRMP’s social media platforms and partners with the Chief Policy Officer to develop marketing and informational content for Match constituents and media outlets.
Deirdre Lee – Senior Policy Analyst
Deirdre facilitates the waiver review process and assists the Director of Match Policy in conducting violation investigations.
Mei Liang, M.S. – Director of Research
Mei maintains the NRMP data warehouse, manages all NRMP surveys, and produces reports for the Main Residency Match and the Specialties Matching Service.
Amanda Marks – Senior Director, Information Technology
Amanda joined the NRMP in 2016 as the Senior Director for IT. As Senior Director, Amanda partners with the CIO in managing day-to-day IT operations, vendor relationships, and mission-critical projects of the organization. She manages systems and business requirements and user acceptance testing for NRMP’s key systems.
Felicia Moody – Client Support Specialist
Felicia provides customer service support to NRMP Match participants.
Laura Morrison, MBA, C.T.P. – Director of Finance
Laura oversees the NRMP’s accounting policies, procedures and annual audit, prepares the annual operating and capital budgets, implements purchasing procedures, and conducts payroll.
Nicole S. Nitowski, M.S., PMP – Chief Information Officer
Nicole provides vision and leadership for the strategic deployment of information technology in support of the NRMP’s mission and goals.
Christina Searcy – Client Support Specialist
Christina provides customer service support to NRMP Match participants.
Mona M. Signer, M.P.H. – President and Chief Executive Officer
Mona is responsible for overall leadership and management of NRMP operations and assists the Board of Directors with long-range strategic planning and development and implementation of policies that govern the Matching Program.
Rhonda Smith – Accounting Specialist
Rhonda assists the Director of Finance in all accounting functions. She processes credit card payments and checks from institutions.
Walter Wentz – Manager, NRMP Operations
Waldo is responsible for operational aspects of the Main Residency Match and all Fellowship Matches.
April Williams – Client Support Specialist
April provides customer service support to NRMP Match participants.
Kehua Zhang, Ph.D. – Senior Research and Data Analyst
Kehua handles data requests, assists the director of research in maintaining the NRMP Data Warehouse, and prepares reports for the Main Residency Match and Fellowship Matches.
