Neurointerventional Surgery Match
The 2026 Neurointerventional Surgery Match for the 2027 appointment year will open in February 2026.
Neurointerventional Surgery focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of neurovascular disorders of the brain, spine and head and neck. Additional information can be found through the Society of Neurointerventional Surgery, the Society of Vascular and Interventional Neurology, and the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
Applicants must have completed a residency in Radiology (with an additional fellowship in Neuroradiology), Interventional Radiology, Neurology (with an additional fellowship in either Vascular Neurology or Neurocritical Care), or Neurosurgery.
