A program coordinator can create, view, and edit rank order lists. A program coordinator cannot certify rank order lists and is prohibited by the NRMP from assuming that responsibility.
Use of a program director’s username and password by the program coordinator to access the R3 system is a breach of the Match Participation Agreement and could result in penalties.
