Main Residency Match: Program directors who learn on Monday of Match Week that they did not fill their positions can participate in the Match Week Supplemental Offer and Acceptance Program® (SOAP®), provided they notified the NRMP prior to the Quota Change Deadline of the desire to participate in SOAP.
Fellowship Matches: Specialties Matching Service® program directors who learn on the applicable Match Day that they did not fill their positions can access the Registration, Ranking, and Results (R3) system to view the List of Unmatched Applicants that displays potential candidates. Unmatched applicants also have access to a list of unfilled programs and can contact programs directly at the conclusion of the Match.
