Is there a SOAP process for Fellowship Matches?

There is not a SOAP process for fellowship Matches, but NRMP does provide unfilled and unmatched lists to help fill positions after a fellowship Match concludes.
When Match results are released at 12:00 pm ET on the applicable Match Day, a List of Unfilled Programs is released to fellowship applicants who did not match. At the same time, a List of Unmatched Applicants is released to fellowship programs that did not fill. Once the results and these reports are released, it is up to the applicants and programs to reach out to each other to fill any remaining positions, and the NRMP no longer is involved.
