Average Length of Rank Order List by Match Status: 2005-2024 Main Residency Match 

This report presents the average length of the rank order lists (ROL) for filled and unfilled programs and matched and unmatched applicants across all applicant groups, including IMGs. The report also reflects on patterns in average ROL length and match outcomes with the pivot to virtual interviewing beginning in fall 2020.
