User accounts in the R3 system are assigned to individual users, not programs. Each user (PD and PC) must have their own user account and each must sign the Match Participation Agreement.
Each user of the R3 system should have a unique username and password that should not be shared with other individuals. Use of the program director’s account by the program coordinator to access the R3 system is a breach of the Match Participation Agreement and could result in penalties.
