No, there is not a separate registration for the Main Residency Match and SOAP. You must be registered for the Match with the NRMP and verified as eligible to participate by the Rank Order List Certification Deadline to participate in the Main Residency Match and SOAP. There is not a SOAP process in the fellowship Matches.
