What information should I make available to applicants during the interview process?
If you still have questions, our team is available to assist you. Contact us for additional support.
NRMP policy states that programs are at all times responsible for the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of information they provide to applicants, including:
- a copy of the contract the applicant will be expected to sign if matched to the program, or a copy of the contract currently in use
- all institutional policies regarding eligibility for appointment (e.g., expected or required academic, educational or prior training credentials; pre-employment drug screens and/or background checks; licensure and/or visa requirements)
The contract and all other information MUST be communicated to applicants in writing prior to the Rank Order List Certification Deadline. Programs must obtain a signed acknowledgment that the interviewee was notified of contract and eligibility requirements or be able to demonstrate that such information was made available to interviewees.
