View All NewsNRMP partnered with the AAMC’s ERAS program and ResidencyCAS to host a Navigating Match Week and SOAP for Applicants webinar.
The webinar and slide presentation provides an overview of the 2025 Main Residency Match Week and SOAP, including important deadlines, information on how SOAP will work with multiple application services, and policy information. Application service representatives from the AAMC’s ERAS and ResidencyCAS each presented on how their service will be managing SOAP.
On February 27, 2025, the NRMP was notified by Central Application that in the event any Plastic Surgery programs are unfilled, the programs will be using the AAMC’s ERAS system to accept applications during SOAP. Please note that this change is not reflected in the webinar and slide presentation.
The NRMP and application services also partnered to create a SOAP Guide for Applicants, which includes information on the SOAP process and outlines SOAP rules. Applicants also are encouraged to visit the SOAP webpage for additional resources including a SOAP for Applicants video and the Match Week and SOAP Schedule.
