The NRMP partnered with the AAMC ERAS Program and ResidencyCAS to create the 2025 Supplemental Offer and Acceptance Program® (SOAP®) Guides for residency applicants and programs.
Each SOAP Guide covers important information such as SOAP eligibility requirements, NRMP’s List of Unfilled Programs, application services, SOAP process and offer rounds, policy highlights, and resources.
On February 27, 2025, the NRMP was notified by Central Application that in the event any Plastic Surgery programs are unfilled, the programs will be using the AAMC’s ERAS system to accept applications during SOAP. Please note that this change is reflected in the Guides below.
