Cancer Rehabilitation will join the 2023 Rehabilitation Medicine Fellowship Match for the 2024 appointment year

The NRMP is pleased to welcome a new subspecialty to its Specialties Matching Service – Cancer Rehabilitation. Cancer Rehabilitation, a subspecialty of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, provides training to evaluate and treat functional disorders caused by cancer and its treatment. This specific type of rehabilitation can help a patient with cancer regain control of certain aspects of their daily life, including mobility, physical, and cognitive challenges.

Cancer Rehabilitation will join the 2023 Rehabilitation Medicine Fellowship Match with the following schedule:

Match Registration Opens: September 20, 2023

Rank Order List Opens: October 25, 2023

Quota Change Deadline: November 15, 2023

Rank Order List Certification Deadline: November 29, 2023

Match Day: December 13, 2023
